These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Savina Studio (the "App"), available at studio-automation.com. By connecting your TikTok account and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Savina Studio lets you connect your TikTok account to view your profile and statistics, browse your videos, and upload and publish new videos. The App uses TikTok's official APIs and only the permissions you grant during authorization.

2. Your TikTok account

You are responsible for activity performed through your connected account. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Savina Studio to publish content. You can disconnect Savina Studio at any time from your TikTok account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates TikTok's policies, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for content you publish or for interruptions in TikTok's services.
